Above – the Premiertrak 300 single togger jaw crusher, which has an output of up to 200 tonnes per hour and is designed for medium scale operations in quarrying, demolition, recycling and mining applications.
The crusher has the option of a vibrating grizzly feeder or a large, fully independent hydraulically driven pre-screen, which improves fines removal and reduces chamber wear costs.
An optional hydraulically folding extended side conveyor has been added to improve stockpile capacity.

BLUE Machinery Scotland is a long-standing exhibitor at ScotPlant.

Making their show debuts this year will be the new Powerscreen Warrior 1400X mobile screener and Premiertrak 300 hydraulic jaw crusher.
Also making its first UK appearance is the latest development from Doppstadt, the AK 635K mobile shredder, which will be joined by the well-established DW 2060 Bio Power shredder.
From sister company Blue Fuchs comes the brand new MHL360E long-reach wheeled materials handler which will be displayed alongside the popular and smaller MHL320.
Blue Machinery Scotland provides nationwide coverage from its Stirling headquarters.
Alongside the products on show will also be a display representing Blue Spares, the Blue Group company dedicated to providing after sales product support, with readily available genuine original equipment manufacturers’ spare parts.
Blue Machinery Scotland’s Managing Director Austin Carey said, “ScotPlant is an excellent exhibition and one we have attended since our inception. Once again, we are taking the opportunity to showcase innovative screening, crushing, shredding and materials handling equipment, together with our after sales product support company Blue Spares, thereby emphasising our commitment to the recycling, quarrying and materials handling markets that we serve throughout Scotland and North East England.
“New product developments from our OEM partners ensure our continued growth, enabling us to provide an enhanced offering to our customers. We are also happy to offer a free demonstration or site visit on any of our ranges.”
The Premiertrak 300 is available with either hydraulically adjustable closed-side setting, which can be adjusted in a matter of minutes by a single operator, or as an R300 version with hydraulic release, incorporating a proven mechanism to allow the chamber to ‘dump’ and pass un-crushable material, which is ideal in recycling applications. The crusher’s new hopper design incorporates a complete hydraulic fold and lock system which can be raised and lowered from ground level and full hopper extensions are available to further increase capacity.
The Premiertrak 300 has compact transport dimensions that provide savings on transport costs and times. Weighing in at approximately 36 tonnes and featuring two-speed tracking, the crushing plant is mobile and agile on site and, for the operator, an “intuitive” control panel allows machine settings to be changed easily and provides excellent diagnostics for fault-finding if required.
The Warrior 1400X mobile screening plant is equally at home screening, two or three-way splitting and stockpiling a wide variety of materials in the most difficult and demanding applications, including face blasted material and crushed stone, construction and demolition debris, overburden, composted material, processed ores and minerals.

Its predecessor, the Warrior 1400, has been the backbone of the Warrior range for the past decade and the new, upgraded Warrior 1400X has been extremely well received since its launch. Boasting a fast set-up time and with rugged low ground pressure tracks, this mobile screening plant provides excellent mobility and site agility in spite of its size and optimum output potential of 300 tonnes per hour, which depends on mesh size and material.
Two shredders from the Doppstadt range will be on show – one of which is the new AK 635K mobile high-speed shredder which is being exhibited for the first time in the UK.
The AK 635K is at the high end of the Doppstadt AK range and is a fully mobile track-mounted high-speed shredder designed for the most demanding shredding and size reduction tasks. A new flail system ensures a more aggressive infeed, less overlengths and an even more effective and efficient large volume throughput with a higher flywheel mass, which contributes to a 20% increase in capacity when compared with the previous system; flail tips do not bend and there is a more intensive shredding of logs and stumps.
Additionally a new wedgeless system reduces flail tips exchange time by up to 30%. The new AK 635K also features less impacts from the shredding compartment, leading to less wear in the whole drive. Smoother control of the low emission Mercedes-Benz OM 502 LA diesel engine significantly reduces fuel consumption. The generously sized discharge conveyor (6.15m X 1.5m, belt speed 2.25m/s) produces a discharge height of 4.569 metres for optimum stockpiling.
The highly successful DW-2060 Bio Power is capable of handling timber and woodwaste, mixed construction waste and industrial refuse. Numerous features include optimum tooth arrangement on the roller, reversible fan wheel, modified hopper shape for easy loading, electrically controlled roller reversing and a large return conveyor. An overband magnet at the front end safely removes tramp metals from the incoming raw waste. The DW-2060 Bio Power produces recyclables to exacting specifications in a single pass and enables significant volume reductions – all with reliability, productivity and fuel economy.
The new 48 tonnes MHL360E offers an 18m maximum reach, with superb lifting heights and capacities throughout the duties chart, together with unrivalled fuel efficiency and reduced emissions from the BlueEVOLUTION development and Tier4i/IIIB compliant 190kW output diesel engine. The newly designed cab is an ideal work station, with even better comfort and instrumentation for maximum productivity and minimum operator fatigue for efficient materials handling – especially in the field of recycled metals and dockside applications.
The MHL320D is in the 17-19 tonnes class and ideal for waste transfer and processing plants. The 85kW engine output provides power to spare and the machine’s hydrostatic drive and 7m turning circle ensures agility round the site.
