LIFTING equipment specialist PSR has launched a website featuring several new functions.
The firm said access platform owners can “quickly get an accurate quote” on Thorough Examinations and servicing by entering the details of their machines. There’s also the option of a live online chat with the customer services team.
Additionally, a Meet the Team page puts faces to the names at the end of the phone, and there is “easy access” to health and safety information.
The site also features advice and explanations of key terms such as Thorough Examinations, which are mandated by the Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998 (LOLER).
PSR is the service division of IAPS Group and has a facility in Wishaw.
